The USC/School/College Councils

THE UNIVERSITY STUDENT COUNCIL (USC)

The USC is the highest governing body or official organization of all bona fide college students at CEU in the three campuses.  Its officers are elected from the students of Centro Escolar University who are council officers of the different Schools/Colleges in the University.  The School/College student councils are as follows:  School of Accountancy and Management (AM) Student Council, School of Dentistry Student Council, School of Education, Liberal Arts, Music, Social Work (ELAMS) Student Council, School of Nutrition and Hospitality Management (NHM) Student Council, School of Pharmacy Student Council, School of Science and Technology Student Council, College of Medical Technology Student Council, College of Nursing Student Council, and College of Optometry Student Council.

The USC represents the students where their rights and interests are concerned.  It trains students in leadership, fosters appreciation for self-government, encourages initiative and participation in the activities of the university, and promotes wholesome companionship.  All bona fide college students of CEU-Manila shall enjoy membership in the University Student Council upon payment of the membership fee.

The University Student Council, the highest governing student body in Centro Escolar University, is committed to serve the students and provide them with quality activities and opportunities that will promote student development and welfare and ensure understanding and unity among students, between students and faculty and administrators.
